Who is Nancy Hartney? Raised in the South, Nancy writes short stories and non-fiction articles. Her tales have appeared in regional anthologies, western collections, and earned various writing awards. Her non-fiction pieces appear in national and regional publications and magazines. She has written guest articles and book reviews for various newspapers and for The Flashback, a Washington County (Arkansas) historical quarterly.
